Australian Federal Police (AFP) refurbished 3 sections of FSL Peshawar and provided training.

The following sections are working:
Semen & Serology Section, Narcotics Analysis section, suspected Vehicle Identification Section, Fire Arms & Tool Marks Section, Question Documents Section, Finger Print Bureau, Forensic Photography Section and Cyber Crime Section.

UNDP informed that equipments have been advertised in international tenders. However, because of some technical issues, the procurements of equipments for mini forensic Science Laboratory Swat could not be completed.

Training of staff will also be provided by UNDP.
