The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak was taken aback by individual centric legislation by the federal government giving space to a legally disqualified prime minister Nawaz Sharif to stage a comeback and ignoring hundreds of thousands voiceless and unrepresented tribals who needed more to be streamlined in the national mainstream. He was addressing the participants of tribal jirga and national conference organized by Jamat-e Ulema Islam (S) at Peshawar. Maulana Sami-ul-Haq Ameer JUI-S, Mian Iftikhar Hussain, Secretary General ANP, Senator Professor Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, Naib Ameer Jamat Islami, Al-Hajj Shah Jee Gul, Tribal MNA, Haroon-ur- Rasheed Ex- MNA Bajur Agency, Habib Noor Orakzai, Head Mutheda Qabaili Party, Haji Abdur Rehmand Mohmand, Malik Azmat Khan and other leaders from various tribal agencies also addressed the participants of the APC. Chief Minister advised to get united, take a united route for the integration of voiceless tribals to the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The federal government have no objection to the integration of FATA to the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but after the integration, the federal government would have to pay Rs. 100 billions package to FATA that is the only reason, the federal government did not want to do. In the process, the federal government endangered the national integration. Chief Minister announced that the provincial government endorsed the five items agenda of the all parties conference of FATA organized by ANP in Islamabad. Under the announcements of the APC, the federal government was demanded to announce the constitutional and administrative integration of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, replacement of FCR with judicial system, giving representation to the FATA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, protection of their legal rights and ten years package to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the development of FATA after integration. The federal government declined the recommendations of the parliamentary committee for the merger of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pervez Khattak asked the federal government to allow the merger of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa giving the tribals the right to be the true citizens of Pakistan. The reluctance of the federal government for integration of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would invite the protest of tribals who proved their loyalty to Pakistan and offered tremendous sacrifices. The Chief Minister said that the federal government was yet to come out with a clear plan and a road map for the merger of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as at the moment, we are receiving mix signals. At one moment the federal government talks about a separate province while on the other it talks about the integration of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We also heard about a scheme for FATA keeping it under the Governor of the province for all developmental and administrative purposes. This arrangement, he saw, more merciless than the FCR. He said he wrote letters to the Prime Minister and Army Chief to bring the merger of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at the forum of APEX committee but the federal government created political problems obstructing the process of development and prosperity of tribals. Chief Minister said if the federal government was sincere to the integration of tribals and their development, then it has to ensure the reforms implementation process that could be ensured within few months. If the federal government could bring legislation for the disqualified Prime Minister then why it failed in the process of merger of FATA into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He expressed his grave concern over the amendment for the removal of Khatam-e-Nabuwat on his government behalf and on behalf of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This is what he called against the religious values and is a hypocritic style of politics. The rulers and its lakies would never escape the bad effect of this legislation. ====
