Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has called upon the people to share their joys with poor adding that helping the poor in distress was the real essence of Eid-ul-Azha. We ought to devote our lives to our religious obligations that enjoys upon the Muslims to follow the Sunnah-e- Ibrahimi and ensure our total submission to the will of God Almighty through our sacrifice on the occasion that was the real grandeur of humanity. In a message of felicitation to the Muslims on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha, Chief Minister felicitated the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and advised them that Eid-ul-Azha is an advice reminding us unity and brotherhood keeping our personal interests above and creating the true spirit of sacrifice thus extirpating extremism from our actions, deeds and thoughts. We ought to spare no moment to sacrifice everything to keep alive the real essence of Islam. The Chief Minister assured the people ,his government was not oblivious to its responsibilities leading the province towards development and prosperity. It was our efforts that ensured the upholding of laws and merit and bringing about justice in all public dealings. The government introduced transparency and accountability at the government affairs and enhanced the capacity of government machinery to give relief to the public, he added. The Chief Minister urged the people to properly understand the philosophy behind Eid-Qurban that was only possible if we demonstrated absolute devotion and renewed the spirit of sacrifices for the national unity , peace and development and ensuring the wellbeing of one another. We have to be united to fight economic terrorism adding that the recent Supreme Court verdict against economic terrorism has re-candled the hopes that all corrupt would have to be accountable for their miss deeds. Now it is the responsibility of the people to reject the politics of corrupt politicians adding that such nations who use sagacity could triumph. He said that PTI brought a change, in circumstances that was otherwise considered to be impossible and the day was not far off when Pakistan would be one of the developed nations. He reminded that our people and arm forces offered tremendous sacrifices in the region which would re-write a new history of struggle for the establishment of peace in the region. The Chief Minister said that Islam is a Deen for all times as it preaches the philosophy of peace and safety and Eid-ul-Azha preaches devotion, sacrifices, sympathies and brotherhood adding we should not lose sight of our religious obligations. He also felicitated to the whole of Pakistan particularly the Hujjaj and appealed them to pray for the durable peace and stability of the country and prosperity and well being of the people. The Chief Minister also prayed for the sacrifices both military and civilian who laid down their lives for the cause of country. <><><><><><><>
