Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has said that the historic decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan on Panama case would lead to a new Pakistan.
Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has said that the historic decision of Supreme Court of Pakistan on Panama case would lead to a new Pakistan. He congratulated the workers of PTI who led the way through a constant struggle and never died down the Panama case. However, he asked them to prepare themselves for increased pressure on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to step down. He said that his resignation is important to purge the country of all corrupt elements.
He was addressing a gathering of PTI MPAs, Local Government representatives and office bearers at CM House Peshawar. Pervez Khattak said that corruption of the corrupt ruling elite has been proved in panama case. He said that all the political parties and people were unanimous putting pressure on the Prime Minister to resign. He hoped that the collective protest would force Nawaz Sharif to resign.
Pervez Khattak said that the credit of the historic verdict of the apex court goes to PTI Chief Imran Khan and his brave workers who started agitation against the corruption and malpractices of rulers from very beginning. He acknowledged that PTI workers raised awareness of the masses against corruption and people for the first time understood that they were being deceived and hoodwinked by the rulers.
He said that “Pathans” were the natural allies of PTI and like Imran Khan because of his natural and characteristic qualities and who challenged the sitting ruling elite and brought them to the court, exposing their wrong doing openly which has a rear quality in the given history of Pakistan.
Pervez Khattak said that the coming Friday Islamabad rally would be the first of a series of rallies that would be followed by Nowshera, Abbottabad and other rallies throughout the province. Islamabad rally, he said was the beginning of a countrywide protest rallies that will culminate at the ousting of Nawaz Sharif from power.
