Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak Thursday lauded the services of IGP Nasir Khan Durrani saying that his efforts have resulted in increasing professionalism and efficiency of police force.

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak Thursday lauded the services of IGP Nasir Khan Durrani saying that his efforts have resulted in increasing professionalism and efficiency of police force. Addressing a reception in honor of outgoing IGP, he said that his services for the force are a source of pride for the province and would be remembered in golden words. The reception among others was attended by Governor KP, Iqbal Zafar Jhagra, Chief Secretary Abid Saeed, secretaries of administrative departments and high level officials. He said that achievements of IGP in a short span of time were not only remarkable but unprecedented. He said that IGP has drawn praise of masses for his dedication and devotion. Highlighting the accomplishments of provincial government on the occasion, he said that we succeeded in reforming public departments despite numerous challenges adding record improvement has been witnessed in sectors of education, police and health owing to our policies. Chief Minister said that we have to devise a system to invite foreign investment in context of CPEC that would change the destiny of KP province and its people. He said that projects of Rs. 12 billion have been prepared with FWO while memorandums of understandings have been signed with Chinese companies. Speaking on the occasion, IGP, Nasir Khan Durrani appreciated CM for devolving powers and said that it reflects the sincerity of CM to improve system and working of public departments. <><><><><>
